For the Backup plan, ROI is mainly based on recovered productivity and avoided generator costs, not electricity bill savings (the grid remains the primary source).
Common mistakes
- Calculating Backup ROI on bill savings instead of recovered productivity

- Using a generic grid tariff instead of the client's real tariff
